Supporting missionaries who do their work outside the United States is a priority for Covenant OPC. Below are a few of the regions of the world where Covenant is involved in gospel partnership.
Missionaries M and V served in North Africa for 16 years and continue to minister in the area of training and leadership in the Middle East and North Africa. They are involved in serving local Afghan refugees in Southern California.
Farsi and Assyrian Christian Teaching Ministries
Albert and Sabrina Aslan were born and raised in Iran by Assyrian Christian families. Albert had been involved with the Assyrian Church that meets in our facility but left there to start FACT Ministries. FACT focuses on edifying Farsi speaking converts through preaching and other media.
The United Kingdom
Missionaries R and A served for many years in Russian before transitioning to pastoral training and coaching in the United Kingdom. They support multiple ministry leaders in the UK where they engage in discipleship training by focusing on prayer, coaching, strategy development, training, and coming along side local Christian leaders and churches.
Uganda
Missionary T is currently a self-supported tentmaker missionary serving with the OPC mission in Uganda. She is helping with the education of the children of the missionary families there and serving in other capacities as needed.
